I show up at the Hacı Ömer Tarman Anatolian senior high school in school 11-FC. You will find 27 students, 16 of these are boy the remains are lady. Although their learning capabilities are nearly the same because they had taken the same exam before enter this university, they involve some differences in their cognitive levels. So every once in awhile I have to use different solutions to attract their attention.
Student's socioeconomic levels will vary and this influences their accomplishment. Because students which may have low economic position could not get private lessons. In addition that while presenting research study I realized their monetary conditions.
Students know about the value of lecture because they know the university or college entrance exam are extremely very important to their future life so they do not miss any solo hour.
In order to understand the whether the students have necessary prerequisites and knowledge I will make a pretest to understand these. For example before starting acid solution base theory students should know some ideas from 9th class. These can be

And also for obtaining these concepts they need to have these skills pointed out below.

Students have different multiple intelligences so through the lecture as a trainer I should use different methods in order to inspire the learners. So they can simply the topic. It can be seen that in extra school students are weary if the instructor use traditional method. However if they use different methods such as demo, role play, cooperative learning, they can understand easily, because the concepts are trained in a different manner. In addition to that giving instances from daily lives also increase students attention. but the majority of the tutor us lecturing method to complete the curriculum promptly. But corresponding tro me understand this issue is more important to complete this issue.
So I am going to use analogy to teach the complex subject in an easy way and also make a demo so that students can easily realize what is going on, because of this reason I will prepare a video recording that relates to the chemistry experiment. And I will give daily life instances so students realized that chemistry relates to our life therefore they are prepared to my lecture.
This issue is in the K-10 curriculum. There are a few requirements for the instructions. These include the previous knowledge from 9th level level. By the end of the lesson 10th class students will be able to have the following objectives.

I will prepare effective slides an videos in order to attract students attention because they use technology and they prefer to use technology that's the reason I am going to use different scientific equipments within my lecture. In addition to that I will prepare established ups for presentations. Also I'll make several questions that will be asked through the lecture. And easily have an extra time I am going to solve them. Finally I will duplicate the handouts for students in order to summarize what I show them in the lessons.
Classroom environment is vital factor for students' achievements. I mostly focus on the air of the school. It ought to be fresh and heating system should work regularly and have an ideal temperatures. The students' tables should be organized U shape so they can see slides and my demonstrations easily
At the start of the lecture I am going to summarizes the previous lecture then I started my topic with a question. From then on I started to my subject with a challenging question. I start my lessons with to show the chemicals and have their opinion about them. After students are able to motivate, I will teach my issue by using demonstrations and questions. I should talk corresponding to level and a do not use long sentences. So students cannot lose attention. And also I know the importance of gesture and vision contact. Through the lecture I am going to walk in the category so that they can not sleep or doing irrelevant things related to the lecture
For a highly effective lesson, students participation is vital therefore i will ask questions during the lesson to be able to increase their attention to lesson and I'll us inquiry method that I'll not directly give the subject. But I'll help them to find the statements independently. Moreover I encourage them to ask questions related to lecture to allow them to learn easily. After seeing videos I'll apply group work activity to go over the video and looking for what they have learned and observed. At the end we will make a concept map so students can understand the relationship between the themes easily.
Before the lecture day I will give them pretests by looking of the results I van understand their prior knowledge and their cognitive level so that I will prepare my lectures regarding to this. To illustrate I can decide the most effective method and by knowing their prerequisite knowledge I could design the topical outline according to them furthermore since I understand their limitations, I could concentrate on more through the lecture. By the end of the lecture I will give posttest therefore i will gain information what they have learned and by looking their class room activity and their answers to my questions also helpful information for his or her knowledge. With the help of these I can certainly recognize if they can understand the lecture and achieved the objectives. So these feedbacks are incredibly useful for me because I am going to not only gain their knowledge but also understand whether my lecture is useful
In order to determine the media effectiveness I'll prepare an questionnaire to the students that can write their all emotions through the lecture, students do not write their names so students can write their sense easily. Therefore I can rearrange my activity if they have any constraints or not. Therefore if it has limits I will rearrange them in an effective way.
While I am assessing students' performance, I am going to also evaluate my very own performance. When the results of these are sufficient, I can accept that my performance is okay. But it this is not the truth actually because I will be examined by other instructors and also the questionnaire results give information about the potency of my teaching style.

While organizing this research I noticed that using assure model has so many advantages and improve the education level. But sadly the majority of the instructors do not use this model because their programs are too packed and their classes are incredibly crowded. So application of the model in turkey is difficult because it is more expensive than normal but benefits of this model camouflage these limitations
