The Country wide Viewpoint of Education (NPE) functions as a guide for many educational activities in Malaysia. It places the ideals and guidelines of the Malaysian education system from the principal to the tertiary level.

For example, they can go to any bookstores such as Borders, MPH or POPULAR to learn any reading materials no matter its contents as long as they are simply reading. Ultimately, they will become a broad and open-minded person. All in all, it is superior that if each and everyone in the training fraternity uphold the NPE in carrying out their responsibilities and responsibilities, undoubtedly, our educational goal will become reality and not only just a dream.
Other essential requirement is to foster the capability of Malaysian in contribution to the country. Through proper education and training, people may use their efficiency and development skill to upgrade their productivities to bring a higher level of economic development. Here it does not limited to commercial sector but other as well such as service sector that involves specialists such as doctors, attorneys and so forth.
Lastly the important aspects are harmony and the prosperity of population and land. Racial tranquility can be achieve through the practice of proper attitude such as tolerance, co-operation, mutual esteem and foster unity among various races in Malaysia to promote the harmonious and peaceful of the country. The harmonious conditions can help in the introduction of the market and advancement of all domains. Harmonious environment encourage trader to invest in our country and also the blooming in our travel and leisure industry.
The National Curriculum also has been developed from KLSR (Old Curriculum) to KBSR (New Curriculum) then to KBSR (Integrated Curriculum) and the latest KSSR (Standard Curriculum) for key schools.
Old Curriculum for Primary Schools (KLSR) implemented because the country gained self-reliance. In 1960, a Things Review Committee has been founded to be known as the Rahman Talib Statement as the Minister of Education at that time was Abdul Rahman Talib. This Committee was set up to review the countrywide education insurance plan as suggested in the Razak Survey made on tahun1956 and early education plan before that the training Ordinance 1957. Rahman Talib reports have suggested some areas of education. One of them was Malay as the main

Through an orderly school weather, controlled, quiet and order that allows conducive environment to the effective teaching and learning process. Good public relationships between instructors, students, school personnel and local community people will form a manifestation to NPE plan.

After interviewing the headmaster and older assistant of the institution, I got some information to complete my job.

The school takes on an important role in providing the right environment, retaining different programs and activities and lastly the co-operation of the institution community in controlling their role in knowing the NPE. To perform the standard of National Philosophy of Education (NPE), classes have to get ready activities that happen in parallel with the curriculum used
First activity which had been held in the institution is 'Hari Keusahawanan/ Hari Kantin'. Canteen Day/Young Entrepreneur Day is a program that can enhance the assistance between peers and students with practical experience of the disciples on the business environment. The goals of keeping this Canteen Day is to provide contact with the students about learning and applying business methods they have learned in the class room besides to raise funds from the sale for the institution used such as to acquire books and the balanced will be donated to the institution catalogue. Through these initiatives the students can plan how to perform an enterprise and make a profit and reduction calculation
This activity usually held on the first month of March which is leaded by the Older Helper of Co-curriculum Affairs and is launched by the Headmaster of the school. This event usually took place at the wide open hall or at canteen itself. The key reason why this event is kept early in the entire year because it won't affect on students' studies and addititionally there is no current examinations kept on that point.
The structure of the event is a complete of 30 stalls will maintain operation on your day. Various stalls such as Burger Stall, Fried Fowl Stall, Miscellaneous Soup Stall, Nasi Lemak Stall, Fruits Stall, Various Refreshments Stall, Stationery Stall, Students Accessories Stall and Packaged Foods Stall. The costs also are acceptable and affordable for the institution community. There's also exciting games organised on that day such as Ghost House, Indoor Video games, and Karaoke. The response from the community has been stimulating. Parents are also taking part on providing help to
provide goods sold to students. Indeed, with the execution of these activities has indirectly strengthened the relationship between parents, children, and educators. The function usually started at 8. 30 am and finished at 12. 00 pm. Then, instructors and students will clean the stalls collectively.
Next activity is Gotong-royong Day. Usually this activity will be performed early in the year like in January or Feb. It is going by the selected educators. This activity is actually to keep carefully the school substance clean, beautiful and cheerful besides building a new learning environment in the school room, instill the moral prices such as to love the environment, love the school, being beneficial to each other, and also to keep consciousness in students. Not only that, this activity can also make students to apply hygiene as patterns, cultivate a caring frame of mind and dedication among the school about cleanliness and to prevent from mosquito breeding. This 'gotong-royong' event acquired included over the cleaning area around the school, painting classrooms and planting trees and shrubs. For planting, students may bring home blooms to be planted in the school. School panorama would be very exciting if it be fixed with a fish fish-pond, garden or other interesting designs. Through this, students would have more hobbies to acquire knowledge and also on the surroundings itself.
In addition, classes also have to run the 3K program. The 3K program means prioritizing cleanliness, beauty and safeness. In the program, the school must ensure that it is in a clean, beautiful and safe surrounding. It is because the school will always been checked and be supervised from time to time. Moreover, the Ministry of Education can make the monitoring at the school. This will catalyze the spirit of the institution to ensure that this program successfully held. In conclusion, 3K program is great to be practice at the institution. This complete program runs efficiently when the institution communities interact for mutual assistance to one another.
Next activity is 'Hari Anugerah Cemerlang'. This event is usually held on the month of July since it is the time lab tests and examinations have been given. The goal of this prize was to commemorate the success of students in examinations encountered after struggling throughout the year. Various categories of awards were given to students who possessed successfully gained the best position in the school and the best present for the subject.
On top of this, the main target of this event is actually to give recognition to students who show brilliance and performance improvement studies.
Council gives reputation for the success of most students start pre-school students to calendar year 6 students. Education Prizes Day service officiated by the Headmaster and associated with the Senior Associate of learner affairs.

There are also activities in course which can be related to the National Idea of Education (FPK). First, 'Convent F. M'. This is really similar to a 'DJ Radio' program which is presented in the school's library every year. That is one of the centres of visitors attractions to make students come to the catalogue. It includes students between standard 4 to standard 6. This "DJ Radio' program isn't only in English words but also in Malay, Chinese and Arabian. There are also some days which discussing about Mathematics and Research subjects.
The purposes of the program is to produce students who is able to communicate effectively, polish the college student talents, build self-confidence in students facing the audience, increase vocabulary in British, Malay, Arabic and Chinese language and can also increase knowledge in Knowledge and technology. To teach these students, a real 'DJ Radio' will be practiced in class. They'll pick up a topic and be the variety of your day to discuss the topic in front of the class. Following a lot of tactics, they will be ready to be the true 'DJ' in collection and applying what they learn from their instructors in classroom. The best 'DJ' will be awarded with prizes.
This program also are fully backed by the students' parents as it's rarely be found in other university and through this activity, they could see their children's potential and trustworthiness.
Next is 'Minggu Bahasa'. The program is in fact for the celebration of 'Bulan Bahasa Kebangsaan' which means to unearth the expertise of the students to be highlighted especially in the level of school, region, district, state and nationwide. This could indirectly produce students to be courageous and confident with their own abilities.
The specific targeted because of this activity are students from Standard 1 to 6. Simulation is a coaching and learning situation in the classroom in a manipulated and deliberately created either to the true situation with the purpose of conducting a specific problem-solving training.
Simulation techniques is used in coaching and learning activities in the classroom to permit students to practice self-acting activity in an orderly and manipulated manner with a view to a possible means to fix the issues created. This issue can involve an elaborate study, willpower problems or problems appear in the environment. To conclude, using simulation techniques in the teaching and learning activities, students will conduct learning activities through 'acting' way of a meeting or situation that is arranged.
