At the same time, the business's image is the primary facet that develops the self-assurance in others. Thus, as mention above, something so modest like a personnel email personal can play an important role in building the business's image since communication through email is the key communication tools being used by Bridge and also in the business world. Towards the same level, company proposal, display slide, company account and many more will all get together to help build a company's image. This makes it important to come up with a standardized appearance for Bridge to represent its professionalism and to build self-confidence in their customer, in view to the fact that being a training company is highly competitive available world.

Besides admin work, I used to be also given the opportunity to help out with the logistics field. I commenced helping my colleague Mr. Andrew, Logistic Exec, in the logistic type of work which is where I was first taught on the importance of managing logistic. Controlling logistic is not a fairly easy job since it is where one will be required to liaise with a few party; the trainer, consumer and the location of the function. Communication plays a very big role here. Apart from liaising, logistic also include searching, purchasing and planning the materials for the event. It is necessary for one to be a systematic person and having the ability to connect well to have the ability to complete the duty.

I was presented with the opportunity to help my colleague prepare the materials that are necessary for the event and also to pack them up. While controlling the logistic, it made me understand and learned that I could not necessarily do things within my safe place. My process required me to consider hotels, locations, materials, instruments etc but back then I had not been comfortable making phone calls to unfamiliar person. Hence, I took up the challenge and figure out how to grow from it. The first time when I was necessary to make a phone call, I have to list out things that I need to enquire etc. But after making several phone calls, I could perform the task without difficulties. I put built more self confidence when speaking on mobile phone and also learned how to converse better over the telephone. I make many calls to search for materials, called up providers to consider instruments to be loan for the incidents and consequently, I was also asked to look for suitable venues and hotels for the occurrences and call them up to obtain additional information and quotation as well. Making phone calls seems to be a simple job, but could it be the communication part where sometimes it can be somewhat challenging as there miscommunication may happen.

Apart from that, I got also a facilitator for a couple teambuilding incidents and very soft skill trainings. Through the event, my activity comprises of establishing the venue according to the trainers need, prepares materials for activities, liaise with hotel for mealtime and hall settings, facilitate the individuals and engage with the participants to allow them to feel safe. This events had also build my self-assurance and allows me to portray my command skills.

In addition, after learning the procedure and facilitating in a few happenings, I got then given the possibility to run logistic plus a mature mentoring me for a teambuilding event for just two day one nights at A'farmosa Holiday resort, Melaka for a production company. Within this event, my responsibility was bigger because my job was not to just make sure the program runs smoothly. I used to be accountable for the stay at the holiday resort, allocating the members to their respected rooms and the meals for the participants as well. I had learned a great deal from this event where I've build my self-confidence level and I also increased my communication skills.

Apart from that, I am also given the opportunity to assist in two very soft skill training for MSIG Company. To aid the trainer, I'd need to understand the trainers training course ahead as I'd need to help the trainer to prepare workshop materials, have venue setup in their preferred ways, to get ready for the activities, and to liaise with the client and the hotel. Through both training, it allows me to understand how to be an event organizer and find out what the abilities are that requires me to execute at my best.

My supervisor is Ms. Wendy Chan, our office manager. She is responsible for ensuring top efficiency in the office. Her role is similar to the mom of any office whereby she maintains things going and attends to any area or anyone that is having difficulty. Her focus on detail is what makes her simply perfect for the job. She is quick to get on areas that are need restructuring to ensure a clean working office. Her critical but yet practical persona offers clients the self confidence in the business and trusts that people won't let them down.
