Organisational Behaviour (OB) is a field which studies in detail the nature of people, groupings and structural behavior within an company and boosts the behaviour of each specific towards attainment of organisational goals. Organisational behavior focuses on improving individual integrity, output, change and building better relationship by achieving human objectives, orgainsational objectives and social goals. Organisational behaviour is tool for guiding productivity in others and predicting individuals behaviour at work.

My main area of concern are about Control, Motivation and Organisational change all of which have been discussed in detail in the this examination. I've read few books about organisational behavior one by K. Venkateshwaran and another by Abdul Assis Korth both the books have been helpful in given me comprehensive knowledge how monitoring behavior is an essential and integral part in virtually any organisation. Below I'd like to increase my research mainly how managers show their management skills to encourage their subordinates and how motivation sets off good performance of work. As a part of the assessment I have read mainly about Management in an company, how effective it is good for a manager to get leadership qualities to run a an company successfully. While studying motivation I have read about different ideas of motivation such as Maslow's Need Hierarchy Theory, Mcclellands Achievement drive theory Mcgregor X and Y theory which quite an interesting read. Lastly I have made a decision to research on change. We reside in a powerful world where little or nothing remains static. Everything around us is changing. Change is very important concerning the laws and regulations or change in technology to keep ourselves aware of way of life all play very interesting towards in the organisation. For an company to survive it is important for them to adopt to meet changes taking place in the exterior environment.
