1. 1 Background of study
The concentration of the backdrop study discloses increase such as breakup levels due to several factors and influences. From previous studies, single parent family in Malaysia keeps growing faster than other family relationships. The arrangement of two parents in the family is broadly conceived as a recognized family, and the one parent family is known as a type of non-accepted family. (Baharudin, R. , Et al. Journal of comparative Family Studies, 2011). Proven on the article from (Overturf, J. V. , Downs, B. , 2003) it states; parental monitoring is an important connection of adolescence risk behavior.
The full point of adolescence is really necessary to the maturation of any person. The identifying top features of this era make it unique from other aspects of development. It is a transitional period from years as a child to maturity; it needs an atmosphere filled with love and understanding to do well. (Ajidahun, B. O. , 2011). Therefore, adolescents from single mom people may experience peculiar psychological and mental problems of separation stress, sorrow, anger, depression, aloneness, and poor erotic self-identity. (Meier, P. D. & Minirth, F. B. & el ta, 1991). Hence, the importance is likely employed in several risk behaviours, such as antisocial behavior is high.
Anti-social behaviour is considered a personality disorder and brings up to behaviour that lacks devotion for others with a high potential for harming others without sense guilty and an visible failing of all thoughts. (Kalat, J. W. , 2008). The development of antisocial behavior among teens could be substance abuse, vandalism, bullying, and gangsterism. Nevertheless, based on studies (Lee et al. , 2007; Chiah, 2009), it's been learned that adolescent from sole mother young families were more often taken in communal problem behaviours than their twins in two-parent homes.
Hence, the framework of this track record work is founded on in person questionnaire, interviews to be able to gather information that comprises examples of (N=5) children from NGO residential home for the teens which surviving in the City of Petaling Jaya, Selangor and (N=5) with their moms and (N=1) from the home dwelling.
