Rules
The system that we have created is simple and convenient to use. The following rules have been devised to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Initially, all writers are required to fill out a questionnaire. It is essential that this information is correct. If in the unfortunate event, it is discovered that the contact information that has been given is false then the profile will be blocked.
- It is essential that all communications between students and writers only take place within the Studybay website. To protect all parties, it is duly forbidden for any contact details to be exchanged whatsoever. This includes email addresses, home addresses, Skype id, telephone numbers etc. If, contact information is exchanged or there is an attempt at it, the user will have their account blocked by administration.
- When an assignment has been completed, the student can visit the order page or ‘My Orders’ and download the finished piece.
- Once a writer has been provided with the details of an order, it is imperative that the student’s specific instructions are competently met and so is the deadline date too. Students and writers will be able to chat for up to one month after the assignment has been completed. This will enable time for feedback, to iron out any problems and anything else that concerns either party.
- Studybay reserves the rights to terminate the partnership between the writer and themselves if the following situations arise: the writer becomes uncooperative with Studybay; the writer does not meet the requirements of the student or an administrator; the writer does not meet deadlines or delays the start of the assignment; the writer does not administer the corrections for the student; the writer is found to have committed plagiarism or the writer does not complete any assignments for more than six months.
- Writers that have the reputations damaged can be placed on students’ blacklists. The reasons for this are as follows: repetitive violation of rules; not complying with students’ or administers instructions; not achieving the deadline date for an assignment; refusing to correct a student’s paper within three days or found to be committing plagiarism regularly. Furthermore, if a writer continually violates the rules and offers inferior work then Administration will block their account or change the rating of the writer.
- Writers should note that assignments should not be made up completely of research from the internet. Neither should they be from academic services offering completed assignments. Research material from E-books and company websites should not add up to more than 30% of the finished assignment. In other words, the assignments should be your own work that is academically researched so that we can offer the best possible service possible to our clients.
- After a client has paid for the service, the funds are withdrawn from their accounts manually on weekdays during office hours. This means that once the payment fees have been taken then the transmission of the copyright also takes place. Essentially, this means that copyright no longer belongs to the writer and therefore, any right to publish or use the work is defunct.
- When the assignment has been completed, the file needs to be put into the format as instructed by the student. This then needs to be uploaded onto the site as requested by the student.
- In the unfortunate event that a student has registered disapproval towards the quality of a writer’s assignment and requested a refund, certain procedures will be followed. The writer will be informed of the reasons for the dissatisfaction to give him or her the chance to remedy the allegation so that both parties are mutually satisfied. However, in the event that a solution cannot be reached, independent experts will be utilized to judge the quality of the assignment offered by the writer. It could take up to five working days for a suitable solution to be reached in a situation of this nature.
- We reserve the right to award the student a 100% refund if the writer does not upload a finished assignment within the deadline date or if synonymizing is detected as a form of plagiarism. In fact, this will happen if any technical form of plagiarism is detected. Furthermore, if the assigned topic as set by the student is not carried out then a full refund may also be awarded. However, in this type of situation the student will be required to give evidence of what was requested and also examples will be asked for too. We believe that it is important to achieve clarity to discover how the mistake was made.
- In the situation that a writer fails to make corrections that have been requested by a student after a document has been uploaded, a refund of up to 90% may be available to the student. However, the student must provide a detailed percentage breakdown of which work has not been completed.
- After a decision has been reached by Administration that a refund is due to a student. The aforementioned student should receive the decided amount within ten working days that the decision is made.
- In the event that the student requests a refund but has not previously required any corrections to the assignment from the writer and the writer has consistently been available online in order to make corrections, then Administration is under no obligation to allow a refund. For a refund decision to be reached, a student must have requested corrections to the assignment at least one time.
- The Administration, as the final seller, is responsible for refunds due the client.
- In the unlikely event that there are disagreements over the quality of the assignment, Administration will suspend payment of all monies involved with the assignment until a decision has been reached about the situation.
- If writers fail to meet deadlines, do not provide the quality of work that has been agreed upon or fail to follow the instructions given by the student then the Administration has the right to place penalties on the writers.
- Writers must agree to start work on an assignment within a given date. If this is not adhered to the work will be returned to the auction and the writer’s rating will be lowered.
- All assignments must be paid for on the website – https://studybayhelp.co.uk/ To protect all parties it is forbidden to make payments other than on the site using any form of payment, this includes bankcards, mobile phones and online wallets. Should any attempts at such transactions take place, users will be blocked and any warranty obligations concerning assignments will no longer be available.
