This reflection survey is focused on our experiences Applied Management task (AMP) and learning from the experience of the project. Reflection article helps us to boost ourselves. We can also study from our problems which is also an important goal of the survey. We work singularly and in a group for our Applied Management task (AMP). We proceed through within good and bad experience when doing the statement. We also learn some new things independently and in a group. The main focus on is to learn from experience throughout the task.
Aims and Objective
Aim of the statement is to judge our work ourselves and improve our lacking. Through this report we can likewise have an idea about our very own skills and ability. The main purpose of this statement is to determine the errors that I designed to do the Applied Management Project (AMP) and take lessons from the blunders.
What is Reflective Record?
Reflection statement is analysis of our own work done before. Within a reflection survey a person or a student mention the experience of his or her work to prepare a job or report. In a very reflection report you can include the procedure for using the skills and abilities she or he has. Greenwood (1993) said about reflection 'To consider what one does whilst one is doing it; it is normally stimulated by delight, by something puzzled the practitioner worried'. Kolb (1984) also said 'representation is central to the procedure of turning experience into learning'. So the way of learning through experience is representation. Edgar Schon (1983) summarize two way of reflection. One is reflection doing his thing and another is reflection on action. Reflection in action is about looking during the event and representation on action is looking back again after the event. We are doing representation on action because were writing this reflection report directly after we complete our Applied Management Job (AMP). Matching to Boyd & Fales (1983) reflection on action is 'The procedure for creating and clarifying the meanings of experiences in conditions of self in relation to both personal and world. The outcome of the process is modified conceptual perspectives'. So from the reflection process we not only can learn but also can increase the lacking.
Recollection of experiences
We want to do the reflection record after we surface finish the Applied Management Job (AMP). The primary aim to write the reflection report is to study from our experience. We received 11 weeks to create this Applied Management Project (AMP). Within these time period we had some good and bad experiences. Sometimes we acquired some times we acquired experience which is not used to us. After completed the next semester we had weekly of learning how to write the Applied Management Job (AMP) and the representation survey. First two days we've given the theory about the procedure of Applied Management Job (AMP). We received some information about the record writing, plagiarism, Harvard referencing and how to use the resources of the university. The first day we'd three classes. The first class was for launch of the Applied Management Project (AMP) a, the second one was all about report writing and the 3rd one was for information options and referencing. The next day was also a busy day for all of us. Three classes also performed at that day. We had given information about plagiarism inside our high grade of day two. Then your next class is all about the reflection record and the relevance to write the report. At last we'd given our topic within the last school of second they. Our company is split into several communities and the group members acquired to do the article which is given because of their group. We've made a group of nine people. We were excited about our issue. We were very happy when we were given the topic. Our theme was 'Market segmentation and effect of new technology on market segmentation'. The reason why we were happy because this subject matter was very important in marketing and also easy from other matters. The class was completed and we had to wait in the tutor support program which started the very next day. In this period we'd to sit down in a group. As our group was made before we sat with this group members. With the first day of tutor support session we'd given idea about how to use the online resources from the school site. We could gather information from the open up options but all the wide open sources are not reliable sources. That is why we are educated how to us the educational journals, publications, e-books, articles etc. We had also give idea about how precisely we can get useful information about our theme. Then tutors gave us their opinion about the topic. Tutor also advised us that as a teacher what they are expecting in the Applied Management Project (AMP). You can find five or six tutors who offered their view about this issue. We also acquired time to discuss the topic with our group members. Within the session we prepared a format of the statement. One of the tutors asked us to gather one article about our subject matter and bring the article at the very next day. We received three days and nights of teacher support procedure and after that session we're able to not get the support from the tutors so that three times was very important for us to prepare the report. From then on session we establish a meeting with our group members to get started the record. We meet three times and discuss about our topic and provided our judgment about the topic. Then we began to work independently.
I start to acquire data about my matter using university resources. At first I find books about segmentation. I came across some literature which is very helpful for my Applied Management Task (AMP). My plan was to collect the data about my issue and then start reading. First few days I take advantage of to find information about my issue. I seek out article, journal, newspapers which is related to my theme. I used university or college catalogue and digital library to find the information. When I feel that the info will do for my issue I started reading. I QUICKLY started to write the Applied Management Project (AMP). This is the first time I used to be writing a job and long article of 12000 words. Sometimes I get trapped about different theme. I quickly take help of my friend and discuss with them about the trouble.
Personal sense and learning from the experience
The Applied Management Job (AMP) is developed to show our skills and ability discovered from the Msc Marketing and Business management. To create the record I learn some new things and I take advantage of my skills and knowledge. Throughout the report writing process I also performed some mistakes.

Description
The first one is explanation. In such a part what's took place throughout the record writing must be described. That is my first-time to write a project. So I was a little bit nervous. However when I started out writing the report I get assurance to create the project. And I also learn process to write a project. The project is focused on extra research. We does not require the principal research process.
Feeling
In my head there are a few questions about the Applied Management project (AMP). -
Can I do the project?
Can I complete the job in time?
How would be the project?
Will I get a good class in the job?
When I start writing the survey I realized that enough time will do for the task because we need not do primary study. Applied Management Task (AMP) was a huge record with 12000 words. I used to be baffled about the timing of the task. When I completed the project my feeling also transformed. I also get the solution of my questions time to time.
Evaluation
I began to write the article 20 days and nights before. Sometimes I wish to work in the college or university library for long time but the university made a brief timetable for the summer time. However when I search information I have more understanding of the searching of information and time management. I also developed my writing skills. I spent lots of your energy to searching and writing the record. But I did not spent plenty of time to read the books, articles, publications and journals. So EASILY do any project or record in future I will use the proper use of time to find information, read them and writing. I also use personal references in the task which I think insufficient for the research. I can include more sources for my project which can make the project more effective. THEREFORE I learn several things. Some are good, some are bad. I must improve my skills and take lesson from my blunders.
Analysis
To write the Applied Management Job (AMP) I made an idea and work corresponding to my plan. I established a time to review which is one of quite part of my plan. I also give myself some snooze because easily work restless my work may be not as good as I'd like. I made a routine for my project. I divided this issue into several parts. As example Segmentation methods, different types of segmentation, effect of new technology on market segmentation etc. I begin to work part by part. At a time I concentrate only one part of the task which helps me to get read of workloads. THEREFORE I can surface finish my job timely as a result of planning.
Conclusion
During the task writing I developed my skills. I got poor in typing but because of the Applied Management Job (AMP) my typing swiftness increase. My writing quality also developed during this time period. But I must improve my information search activities because sometimes I get baffled about the info which is very important to my task. I also use my time properly. But if I can spend additional time in university collection then my record might be better.
Action Plan
For next time I will complete my project before 15 days. Because easily can get time to revise the job then I consider the report could be more improved. But this time around I get only one day to revise the survey. When I revise the record some points that i can write more but because of the time I possibly could not do this.

So from the above discussion I could say that I improve some skills through the project writing. But I likewise have some lacking as well. If I get any opportunity in the foreseeable future I will try to avoid the errors and make my plan properly for the survey.
Group dynamics and learning from the experience
Working in an organization or team works more effectively than working only. People usually can perform better when she or he utilize a group or team. Individuals who work in a group or team can promote their feelings and experience about their work. Sometimes people learn and improve themselves from the advice of other people. We also get the chance to work in a team. For our Applied Management Task (AMP) we have to make a group. We made a group of nine people and start work in an organization. Working in an organization or team is a learning experience if you ask me. Corresponding to Guirdham (2002) people within the group must have some characteristics. People will need to have good behavior, norms and co-operation. Without co-operation a group could not become successful. There's a chance to issue within the group. But people of group will need to have problem solving attitude. Crainer (1998) said that in an organization different people perform different their skills and capabilities. We are also working as a team whenever we have given the topic of Applied Management Job (AMP). Employed in a group is effective for us. Within an organization all group customers must listen to one another. Without this tuning in behaviour you can not perform well in the group. In an organization every one must give importance to one another. If someone neglect or underestimate anyone it may harm himself. Every one has different thoughts and various understanding. So within the group we learn to listen one another. Everyone told to discuss their own view about this issue. We get some good new and interesting idea about our subject after the conversation session. This debate session take very long time but it was really effective for everyone. Belbin (1993) presented most effective evaluation about specific role within a group or a team. Matching to Belbin (1993) a successful group will need to have different selection of functions which is starting by different members of group. So people within the team must have these nine characteristics team tasks. Inside our team different people has different frame of mind. We have a team head who actually co-ordinate the works between your team members. On the first meeting we have been told to accumulate some articles and publications about our issue. One person of our team was given the responsibility to control the meeting among us. Inside our second meeting all of us accumulate some articles and publications about our subject matter. Then we all asked to share own view about market segmentation. Most of us try to discuss what we realize about the segmentation. We take notice from the debate. Some of them are really helpful for our task. We make an effort to divide the task equally within the group members. Working in an organization was very good experience for me. I don't know everything. Differing people have different way of thinking. We share our opinion and study from other folks of group. Even though the group work is frustrating, we can learn a lot of new things from the group. Employed in a group offers me well informed. But sometimes group work can frustrate us. Inside our group meeting two customers always came later. We can not start our work in time on their behalf. This thing makes a bad impact within the group users. Some group users want to begin work without them. But one day when we start our work and they came, we have to discuss the matter again to them. So that it eliminates our time and some members become angry. Our group was created on the essential of friendship. That is why we can't say anything to the users who come later. If our group was shaped according to work, the group was far better than this group. I also learn a lit about my specific performance and personality. Within a group I judge myself with the other group people who help me to learn my capability and performance. I also learn one slim about the group work which is people act in a different way when they work alone or in a group. Because when I take advantage of to talk to one person of my group I react different way and my talk within the group is also different. This is an interesting attribute of human characteristics. So as a member of the team I learn so many things which can only help me in my own future after i work in a team or group.

We learn many things through the Applied Management job (AMP). I explain some considerations which will help me in my future to do a project-
Time management: Use my time properly to get ready the record.
Do not wait: Sometimes when we get long time we decelerate our work which really harms our work. So I will not postpone my work in future.
Revise might work: In future easily get an opportunity to do a project I will conclude the job before 3 to 5 5 days of deadline. In order that I could revise my work.
Evaluate: When possible I will show might work to any teacher or senior who have the knowledge about project which will make my report far better.
Conclusion
