Are 'Business Ethics' an Oxymoron?

Managers and CEOs shouldn't only concentrate on making profits for the business enterprise, they should be also aware of what concerns the worthiness their customers, their shareholders, their employees, and their societies are receiving as a result of the work.

CONCLUSION

Business Ethics are essential for success, which is why the term is no oxymoron; it is required as a main factor in making business.
