Even though stress is quite essential for man to endure especially in dangerous situations, the surplus of it certainly affects our health and efficiency. We cannot change the world that people reside in, as it is not in our palm, thus we need to discover or follow a way that can bring us peacefulness and Tranquility. CARE OF NEIGHBOURS
