Introduction

In working environment, there are different types of control styles can be found which each of them have different benefits and drawbacks. Leadership style which best fit the business is determine by the culture and goals of the company. Depending on the departmental needs and necessary jobs to be complete, sometimes, company will offer you or uses several authority styles within the organization. In brief, authority style is the way in which and procedure of providing advice or direction, implementing ideas, and motivating people (Authority Styles, 2010); while on the other hand, job satisfaction is the degree to which a person's hopes, desires, and anticipations about the occupation are satisfied by the business. (English Dictionary, 2012) But, job satisfactions of peoples vary from individual to individual as many people are unique and also have different requirements and requirements.

There are numerous different command styles exist in the business world, but in this research, I'll only be focusing on 2 management styles, that happen to be autocratic command style and democratic leadership style.

Autocratic management style is one of the methods employed by some leaders or managers in organization. Autocratic market leaders make decisions together without the type of others as they possess total power and impose their will on employees and no-one is permitted to concern or change your choice made by the leader. This style only benefits employees who require close guidance because employees who are creative and prosper in group function detest this kind of control style. (Rose, J. , n. d. )

Whereas for democratic authority style strategy, it is one of the normal types of management style been use within organizations. With this leadership style, market leaders will take the obligation of making the final decision, but, at the same time, in addition they value the type of team members and peers. Employees' morale is improve by this leadership style because employees make contributions to the decision-making process plus they feel that their ideas are being value by the business. (Rose, J. , n. d. )

It is evident that we are likely to work to your fullest potential and take on extra responsibilities whenever we enjoy our job or work. Therefore, job satisfactions do have an impact on our job success. It is undeniable that joy at work can make a huge difference to the entire enjoyment in life once we spend a high proportion of the waking hours at the job. Employees will continue to work less and focus more on the negative areas of their job when they may have low morale triggered by low job satisfaction. Major problems could also arise in employees' personal associations. When they are definitely not satisfy with their job or feel frustrated, the unhappiness will spread through to his friends and family and cause people around her or him to feel the irritation as well. (Saira, A. , 2009)

Most of that time period, subordinates work with their immediate supervisor, head, or supervisor, therefore, management style used or integrated by their superior is relatively an important factor in their degree of job satisfaction.

Literature Review

There are several publications and research newspaper that had been reviewed in this assignment to obtain additional information and evidence to support the study and findings. First of all, the first journal i had reviewed is a study that had been done by Somaye Gharibvand (2012) with the name of "The Relationship between Malaysian Organizational Culture, Participative Management Style, and Worker Job Satisfaction among Malaysian Employees from Semiconductor Industry" in Penang and Kuala Lumpur. The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between two unbiased variables (Organizational Culture, Participative Management Style) and two moderating factors (Gender of Professionals and Workplace Locations) and a based mostly variable (Employee Job Satisfaction). The analysis had validated a significant positive marriage between Organizational Culture, Participative Authority Style, and Employee Job Satisfaction.

The strength of this research paper is the research was done in Malaysia, where in fact the culture is more similar to my study as my research will take place in Malaysia as well. Additionally, the elements studied in this newspaper, which is the partnership of Participative Command Style and Employees Job Satisfaction possessed shown a confident marriage, it shown that there surely is a linkage between authority style and employees' job satisfaction, thus, the results might be used as evidence in my research.

Another journal which i had examined is titled "The Impact of Autocratic and Democratic Command Style on Job Satisfaction" by Nadeem Bhatti, Ghulam Murtza Maitlo, Naveed Shaikh, Muhammad Aamir Hashmi, and Faiz. M. Shaikh (2011). The purpose of the paper was to research the impact of Autocratic and Democratic Authority style on job satisfaction among the list of teaching personnel comprising of both male and feminine in private and open public school of Lohore and also to find out the partnership between authority style and job satisfaction was the main objective of the analysis. The results of this study reveal that command style has a positive effect on job satisfaction where people feel convenient working under democratic market leaders where they can reveal and exchange their views readily.

The strength of the newspaper is a pilot research had been done before the data collection which validated the questionnaire to reduce any mistake or faulty that may have an effect on the results or findings of the research. Furthermore, the factor looked into in this newspaper which is the impact of autocratic and democratic command style on job satisfaction is comparable to the elements in my own research, which acquired improve my understanding on this issue and provide more info for my analysis.

Next, I had fashioned also examined a journal by Azman Ismail, Noor Fazzura Ain Zainuddin, and Zalina Ibrahim (2010) from Sarawak, Malaysia titled "Linking Participative and Consultative Authority Styles to Organizational Dedication as An Antecedent of Job Satisfaction". The aim of this analysis is to gauge the aftereffect of participative and consultative authority styles and organizational dedication on job satisfaction. The finding of the research shows that the relationship between organizational dedication and relationship focused control behaviour elements, which include participative and consultative authority style, is positively and significantly correlated with job satisfaction. The bring about the research got also confirmed that the ability of leaders to properly put into practice participative and consultative styles has prompted supporters to be devoted to their organization which may lead to increased job satisfaction.

The durability of the research include, a pilot study had been executed before the actual review to ensure that the info are more appropriate and less biased. The analysis acquired also provided more information on participative authority style, which is similar to the aspect of democratic management style in my own research. Furthermore, the study was also done in Malaysia, which is the same country as my research, therefore, information in the newspaper are usually more reliable and useful as compare to analyze been done in other country.

In time 2009, another research on "The Impact of Command Styles and Market leaders' Competencies on Employees' Job Satisfaction" was done by Omar Mohammed Ali Ababneh in the Middle East. The study was aimed at investigating whether authority style and leaders' competencies affect employees' job satisfaction. A 20-item Leadership Style Questionnaire developed by Northouse (2001) have been used to evaluate management style or tendencies, Eight Universal Management and Leadership Competencies in 18 Skill Units developed by the Profile Service Centre was used to assess leader's competencies, and 5-item questionnaire produced by Brayfield and Rothe (1951) was used to assess job satisfaction. It was found that control style and market leaders' competencies were statistically and significantly related to overall job satisfaction.

The strength of the paper is, it provide some backdrop understanding of the issue of management style and job satisfaction which is similar as my research issue. In addition, the survey acquired also included variety of organizations which provide better knowledge of the relationship of authority style and job satisfaction in the view of respondents from different industry. The trustworthiness and validity of varied questionnaires found in this research acquired also been measured using Cronbach's alpha to ensure they are simply bias-free, stable and consistent. In addition, the questionnaire found in this research to evaluate authority style and patterns, which is the Authority Style Questionnaire developed by Northouse, will also be adopted and used in my research because the validity and reliability of Northouse's questionnaire have been verify.

Next journal that had been researched is "Leadership Styles and Organizational Weather as Determinants of Job Engagement and Job Satisfaction of Personnel in Tertiary Companies" by Benjamin O. Omolayo and Christiana K. Ajila from Nigeria in 12 months 2012. The main purpose of the study was to investigate the extent at which command styles will affect job involvement and job satisfaction of staff. It was found that Autocratic and democratic type of leadership and organizational weather jointly comes with an affect on job satisfaction. However, in contrast, the result experienced also shown that there is no significant marriage between job satisfaction and command styles (autocratic and democratic), and no factor between autocratic and democratic command styles and job satisfaction.

The strength of the research is it study on the components of autocratic control style, democratic control style and job satisfaction, which is the same elements as my research. Other than that, the study acquired also used a few tested reliability research tool to collect data, where the result tend to be more exact and reliable. Although in this research, it possessed resulted that there have been no significant romance between job satisfaction and leadership styles (autocratic and democratic), no significant difference between autocratic and democratic command styles and job satisfaction, but, the study have been done in Nigeria, where the people and culture will vary from Malaysia; furthermore, the research had engaged only members from only three educational institutions, which differs from my research where in fact the research will be done in Malaysia and require participants from the business enterprise organization. Therefore, the result of this study will only be cared for as a reference point and will not influence my consequence.

Another journal with the writer known as Darwish A. Yousef from United Arab Emirates acquired also been analyzed. The name of the analysis is "Organizational commitment: a mediator of the relationships of leadership patterns with job satisfaction and performance in a non-western country" which have been accepted in season 1999. The aim of the research is to investigate in a non-western country where multiculturalism is a dominant feature of the labor force, what is the mediating role or organizational determination in the connections of leadership tendencies with the task results of job satisfaction and job performance. The analysis acquired resulted that in the support of many western studies, person that are more committed to their organizations, more satisfied with their careers, and their performance is higher are those who perceive their superiors as adopting consultative or participative leadership behavior. The study experienced also shown that the relationship of leadership tendencies with job satisfaction is moderated by countrywide culture.

The durability of the paper is that the analysis have been conducted in a non-western country where multiculturalism exist, and in Malaysia, our company is also a non-western country where the prominent feature of the workforce is multiculturalism as well, thus, the consequence of the analysis will be great for my research as it might become more reliable and appropriate as compare to review done in european countries. Besides that, this analysis had also been done on organizations' employees, which is similar to the participants in my own study as I experienced also targeted my research on employees in an business in Malaysia.

Other than that, I had formed also reviewed the journal with the subject of "How Democratic Market leaders Empower Instructors Job Satisfaction? The Malaysian Case" by Cheah Lee, Abdul Ghani Kanesan Abdullah, Aziah Ismail, and Naser Jamil Alizydeen from Institution of Educational Studies, Universiti Sains Malaysia in Penang. The journal was published in the entire year 2011. The main purpose of the study is to review how democratic leaders work to enable educators' job satisfaction, and naturalistic qualitative and exploratory methodology had been used in this follow-up review. The research experienced revealed that to obtain the result of successful empowerment of educators in classes which create greater instructors' job satisfaction and determination, there are some common traits of principals that contribute to that, which include amongst others, upholding collaborative and participatory management; set up trusting romantic relationship and relations-oriented. In addition, attributes of transformational management, such as intellectual activation, individualized consideration and idealized impact, are also have by these leaders.

The power of the paper is the study had been perform in Malaysia, which is the same country that my research is going to take place, therefore, the info or result from the analysis might be helpful and more precise to be used as guide for my research. Furthermore, the analysis had been carried out based on the elements which include democratic control style and characteristics which promote higher job satisfaction, thus, the components of the study is comparable to my research, and it had been adopted to be utilized as my research's reference.

A journal with the subject of "A report of romantic relationship between managers' leadership style and employees' job satisfaction" acquired also been evaluated. The creators of the analysis are Ali Mohammad Mosadegh Rad and Mohammad Hossein Yarmohammadian, and the study had been carried out in year 2004. To explore the human relationships between professionals' leadership styles and employees' job satisfaction in Isfahan College or university Hospitals, Isfahan, Iran is the key purpose of this descriptive and cross-sectional study. The questionnaires used was Authority survey questionnaire derives from Rensis Likert's model of leadership styles, and a standard job satisfaction questionnaire by Spector in yr 1997 which determine level of job satisfaction among employees corresponding to nine sub-scales, such as factors such as co-workers, fringe benefits, communication, recognition, salaries, dynamics of the work, advertising, working conditions, and guidance. The finding of the paper had mentioned significant relationship between employees' job satisfaction and the authority style of professionals.

The power of the paper is it studied on the elements of relationship between professionals' leadership style and employees' job satisfaction, which is the main elements in my own research, and the studies obtained from the study might be useful and provide more information for my research. Besides that, the analysis got also used Spector's Job Satisfaction Study questionnaire which determine employees' job satisfaction more thoroughly through 9 sub-scales, therefore, I put used and used the Spector's Job Satisfaction Survey questionnaire in my own research as well, because the stability of the questionnaire had been determined and confirmed in the paper.

Another journal that were assessed is "The Relationship of Leadership Varieties of Selected West Virginia Deans and Division Chairs to Job Satisfaction of Departmental Faculty Members". The writers of the study are Paul A. Leary, Michael E. Sullivan, and Debra Ray McCartney-Simon. The goal of this research is to look for the leadership varieties of Western Virginia deans or section chairs and the consequence of those styles on the self-reported job satisfaction of departmental faculty associates. The data research had indicated that there is a strong romantic relationship between overall job satisfaction and both dimensions of leadership style, which is the Thought Dimension (marriage oriented) and Initiating Framework Dimension (activity oriented) of management behaviors. It was reported a greater amount of extrinsic job satisfaction exist when the behaviors of the leader dropped within the Thought dimension.

The power of the paper is the fact it studies on the partnership of leadership styles and employees' job satisfaction, which is the same with my main theme. The consequence of the research got verified that there surely is a strong romance between job satisfaction and leadership styles, which acquired provide facts that authority styles does play a role in employees' job satisfaction. Furthermore, the participants in this research possessed took part in the analysis voluntarily, thus, the data collected will be more reliable and correct.

A journal with the subject "The affect of control styles on employees' job satisfaction in public areas sector organizations in Malaysia" have been evaluated as well, and the writers contain M. L. Voon, M. C. Lo, K. S. Ngui, and N. B. Ayob, which was done in time 2011. The purpose of the analysis is to investigate the partnership between management styles and job satisfaction in the public sector. Through the study, it was discovered that transactional authority style has a poor romantic relationship with job satisfaction, and, on the other side, transformational authority style possessed shown an optimistic marriage with job satisfaction in government organizations in Malaysia.

The strength of the paper is the research was done in public industries in Selangor, Malaysia, which is the same Condition and country of my review, although my research will carry out in a private sector, but, the results out of this research still can be used as a research in my review because the culture and demographic will be more similar as compare to research done in other country. In addition, although the leadership styles been investigated in this research are just transactional and transformational leadership styles, but, the result still shown that management styles do experienced impact on employees' job satisfactions. Besides that, the research was been done in public sectors and targeted only on two management styles, thus, my study can provide more info on the impact of command style on employees' job satisfactions as my study will concentrate on the other kind of leadership style, that are autocratic and democratic command styles and would be perform in an exclusive company.
