For our task we use the Microsoft Job 2010 where Gantt graph gives us visual representation. It presents the duties and products deliverable within the time specified in routine. It also supplies the roadmap to do the merchandise its delivery, tracking the changes and also controlling the changes. Microsoft Project Management has very powerful tools in it to perform the activities rapidly as in figure 1.

We have discovered that PERT technique has variety of constraints. The first problem lies in calculating the exact estimates of length of tasks. When a single dominant path is decided on then it produces very correct results. In the event whenever there are amount of parallel paths then it gives overly positive estimation.
