ABSTRACT
1. ) INTRODUCTION
My project Medical center Management system includes sign up of patients, keeping their disease details into the system. It will contain doctor's information and will digitalize the whole billing system. My software has the facility to provide a unique identification for each and every patient and stores the details of every patient and staff automatically. It offers a search service to know the current status of every room. User can search availability of a health care provider and the facts of an individual using the identification.
The Medical center Management System can be employed by entering respective username and password. It is accessible either by an administrator or receptionist. Only the particular person can truly add data in the data source. The data can be retrieved easily. The interface is very user-friendly. The data are well protected and data processing is very fast, exact and relevant.
2. ) PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
The purpose of my project entitled as "HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM" is to computerize leading Office Management of Clinic also to develop software which is user-friendly, simple, fast, and cost - effective. It handles the assortment of patient's information, diagnosis details, etc. Customarily, it was done manually.
The main function of my system is to register and store patient details and doctor details and retrieve this info as so when required, and also to manipulate this info meaningfully.
3. ) ABOUT ORGANIZATION
Dubai Hospital: The development of Dubai is visualized since the middle 1970s. DOHMS took decision to create a specialized hospital because of upsurge in human population and diseases in 1977. The Dubai Clinic started its functions from March 1983. It helped a lot in bettering medical services in Dubai. Hospital have very good infrastructure. It contains 14 stories where lower two for crisis and remaining part is ideal for wards. Dubai medical center is known for latest and best treatment of its patient. It is also working in the region of medical research.
4. ) PURPOSE OF THIS DATABASE
- Efficiently maintains the details about the individual.
- Simultaneously posts changes made to any data, item in the entire data platform.
- It is faster than manual system Hospital Management System.
HOW THIS Data source WILL HELP THE HOSPITAL
The downside of the existing system is that it's very difficult to retrieve data from circumstance files. It really is difficult to handle the whole system manually and it is less accurate and keep the data in case data for future guide because it may get destroyed. Moreover it's very difficult to retrieve data. Redundancy of data might occur and this can lead to the inconsistency. The manual system is so time-consuming.
The suggested system is very easy to operate. Swiftness and correctness are the primary advantages of proposed system. There is no redundancy of data. The data are stored in the computer's supplementary memories like hard disk, etc. it could be easily receive and used at any time. The suggested system will easily deal with all the info and the work done by the prevailing systems. The suggested systems get rid of the drawbacks of the existing system to a great level and it offers limited security to data.
Following two departments of clinic will be mainly damaged by our software:
- Accounting Department
- Medical Research Department
Our software will create digitalized which means this can make the accounting process faster. Our software will be having information about patient's disease, information about special treatment given so all theses information will help in making case study needed for medical research.

My project Clinic Management system is able to sign-up patients for hospital, stores their disease details in to the database. The staff member, doctor & admin is able to add, view, edit, update or delete data. In addition, it is made up of doctor's information or doctor's account and any one sign in can view doctor's profiles. On the other hand only admin consumer can add, edit, update or delete doctor's information. My software is also facilitated to provide a unique id for each patient and stores the details of each patient and the staff automatically. This Medical center Management System also helps to keep the account and related details to the databases and the permissions to include, view, edit or delete is given and then doctors and admin of the machine. It also includes a power search facility by which end user can search all information about any doctor, staff and the facts of an individual using any keyword.
This Medical center Management System consists of all basic needs for a medical center including Doctor's Information.
Doctor's Profiles, Employee Profiles & Basic Information, Patient's Basic Information, Patient's Disease Information, Inventory Inflow/Outflow, Cost of Services.

This Hospital Management System in essence has three level (role) of users
- Admin
- Doctor
- Staff
Admin user is super consumer this customer have all permissions in my own system, the guy can do every changes like creating new patient details, users, doctor's profile, staff's profile and so many more. . . This individual is also able to edit, revise and erase data that stored in databases.
Doctor user is some sort of middle level individual having more electric power than staff but less ability than admin. He is able to do everything apart from recognizing doctor and individual data.
Staff level customer is lower most user level with least permissions. This customer is just able to add, edit, delete and search for patient's details.
All three users are able to view studies and billing category.
How to make use of: Clinic Management System
This system is very smarter from security perspective. It allows only predefined users to login and gain access to date according to there customer role (level).
