In Gujranwala the branch is situated in a very large area and has a large amount of departments like developing department, assembling team, tool shop, packaging office and gowdowns. The offices for the management are independently situated in separate building. Finance section, human resources section, marketing section, purchase and sales departments are working in Super Asia.
I did the various research of the industry like the SWOT analysis and PEST examination. In SWOT analysis I have examined that the way the weaknesses of the Super Asia can be triumph over utilizing the strengths of the business. He was keeping the whole HR system and all the subordinates answers to him and he answers to the general supervisor. In marketing department whose manager was Sir Mustajab he was an extremely skilled and experienced person and experienced a lot of knowledge and connection with marketing. There was some sales rep in the staff who was in charge of the requests and delivery of the merchandise. All the decisions related to marketing and sales were taken by the marketing administrator who was simply answerable to the general manager. When the terms and conditions like price, rate, quality and quality have been chosen they refer the parts to the product quality office for checking and performance of parts they choose the material.
