Home appliances are extremely important component of our life and are essential things inside our homes, without kitchen appliances it is very difficult to invest our lives. It was enough time when people didn't have the washing machines, admirers, air coolers, ac units, microwave ovens, water coolers and heaters but time makes the innovations and necessities make the inventions. Now at the moment it is very difficult to invest the life span without these kitchen appliances. It has its branches in big cities of Pakistan like Gujranwala, Lahore, Karachi, Hyderabad, Multan, Faislabad and Rawalpindi. In Gujranwala the branch is situated in a very large area and has a large amount of departments like developing department, assembling team, tool shop, packaging office and gowdowns. The offices for the management are independently situated in separate building. Finance section, human resources section, marketing section, purchase and sales departments are working in Super Asia.

I did the various research of the industry like the SWOT analysis and PEST examination. In SWOT analysis I have examined that the way the weaknesses of the Super Asia can be triumph over utilizing the strengths of the business. And exactly how Super Asia can save itself from available opportunities. Super Asia have large number of weaknesses like low usage of modern and advanced equipment, very low advertisement budget, there is over staff in the management etc.

I did so the internship in the marketing division of Super Asia and acquired a great deal of knowledge from my manager Mr. Abdul Hafeez (HR Manager). He was a very skilled and competent person and experienced a whole lot of knowledge and experience of HRM. He was keeping the whole HR system and all the subordinates answers to him and he answers to the general supervisor. In marketing department whose manager was Sir Mustajab he was an extremely skilled and experienced person and experienced a lot of knowledge and connection with marketing. There was some sales rep in the staff who was in charge of the requests and delivery of the merchandise. All the decisions related to marketing and sales were taken by the marketing administrator who was simply answerable to the general manager. My obligations during the internship were helping the manager of the division I am working weather it is marketing. HRM or accounts depatment and do the study of market about the sales of products of Super Asia. I did survey about the sales one was sales of washers of Super Asia comparatively sales of other companies. Also I often go to different banking companies with the field boys and deals with the different banking companies for different tasks. In marketing the things required for the marketing jobs are to look effective, encouraged personality and strong communication power, and I learned some that how to communicate with the customers on the market. So now purchase department have to buy the required material locally and also generally they import the raw materials from china and other countries. Locally they have got 3 to 4 4 vendors of each item.

When the terms and conditions like price, rate, quality and quality have been chosen they refer the parts to the product quality office for checking and performance of parts they choose the material. Mr. Ansar handles the new merchant party but the assistant manager deals with the regular gatherings. They made payment by cash, cheque and by pay order. The buys largely on credit basis.
