In case a peer counselor is not properly trained, they provides improver or wrong information causing the person not to improve in a standard healthy way. Training for peer guidance, an individual gets involve with workshops, supervised practicum activities, presentations, role using, and connection with professionals. In build up to providing advice to the individual, training should point out the client's to confidentiality, privacy, interpersonal skills, and empathy. Furthermore training, the individual should be well aware of the responsibilities of the peer counselor. However, after competition of the training, peer counselor become proactive on assisting individuals in becoming good and healthy individuals. Peer counselors should be able to: make appropriate referrals; help the average person complete all of the required counseling classes, and do group conversations on the issues of self helped. The key point in peer counselors is the cooperation of the entire group to help others as well. Peer guidance is a pact between peers to work together, it is advisable to provide immediate reviews and evaluate the individual to see the individual's improvement. Peer guidance could be looked at to be the norm now-a-days, but the individual need to understand that this is only a mini-self help. If the individual is looking for a counselor, the average person needs to start the period with a genuine counselor. Peer counseling is merely a short-term goal to help the individual while from any civilization. Peer guidance helps the average person feel secure and acquiring a place routine of healing help.
