Besides that, from the researcher observation, there are certain of the employees fail to gain trust of their team members to allow them to get the job done task. Which means this can give issues that might happen later.

Furthermore, developing a good communication style either formal or casual among employees can be one of the factors that have an impact on employees not working as a team. The respondents need to answer the questions in line with the scae, that they think reasonable and most suit to them.
