It is a security company which handles security services like static, Patrolling, OTG (On teach Officer). our company works under ARMOURGUARD and FIRST SECURITY. our main purpose is to secure and crime free environment and safeness of the humanity. we works at all the Countdowns in Auckland city under the supervision of FIRST SECURITY. our main job at Countdowns is to see Customers that they did'nt take anything from countdown and pay for the whole stuff. Our main job is the security of Personnel and evacuate them in emergency. Sometimes drunk customers come and steal the products from the clients without paying they fight with the staff members and our guards have to avoid them. our Guards possess the right to stop any customers and right to check their stuff. our Company also Works together with New Zealand Law enforcement officials. Police Seek the services of us in Crime Scenes like murder, Battle etc. we've the Static guards who works on criminal offenses locations.

we are also have deal with ANZ Bank or investment company in every over Auckland. in bankers, we have to stop people who have hide their id by covering their face with sun shades, wearing hoodies. We live also works in commercial site for camera operating for e. g. one of your shield works at FISHER & PAYKEL east tamaki. his job is to operating cameras in evening. he have all the gain access to of the site. if he have find any suspicious thing he report to law enforcement or ALPHA 6 for back-up. we also doing evening Patrolling in the commercial sites. we have to check every site for destroying and other cause. we've the acess and scanner by which we scan ever before gate of the website. and survey things if happen. thus our company have significantly more work and sites than other Company.

There are some opponents like OPL who works under same Company. however they didn't have significantly more sites as we've. our company runs from past 5 years and we've more than 150 guards in ours company which works in ARMOURGUARD and FIRST SECURITY. thus our position in the market is better than others.

Consequences: - when our security guards find the new job which gives the greater salary package they remaining our job and we have to hire some new employees which means this is the consequences our trained worker left the work.

Structure: - our organization structures our Security services Like we've different companies deal and protected large area for security services showing our performance. They also manage their staff structure. Inside our company we've three positions. First is cashier who manager the pay system. Second is supervisor who arrange the shifts And third is our supervisor who handles all staff members, their positions and assessments the all sites.

Impact: - They increase their security services and manage asll sites.

Consequences: - Most of the time our security have only one shield all sites however in the busy time two guards working well and show their performance.

System: - in our company all things matching to system like we acquired pay on time. They give focus on time if any changes they call and confirm with guard. if any meeting they need with guard to allow them to arrange all time which suits to protect. so around everything in my company they actually work corresponding to system.

Impact: - if all things according to system we can save our time and newspaper work final result will show 100%.

Consequences: - inside our company dnt have RT so others have that's effect our companies reputation down.

SHARED Worth; Every business run successfully because of the shared values. For instance, every staff should be honest using their work and treatment. Like inside our company some staff working in the office so they honest rather than do work pay technique. when we working mutually the principles are shared automatically.

Some old and new employess they talk about their experience and find new systems abour work. thery find new ways to work and easy everything. when altogether so they can show they culture and beliefs and other things as well. So we realize about all whenever we together.

Impact: - Due to the technology we all feel safe and secure. we do work anywhere anytime without the fear.

Consequences: - Sometimes we use old solutions while in working. we cannot use that type of technology while in working so we do not know how to use.

LEGAL; This part consists of our legal rights like our health and basic safety. Now health and safeness have really demanding rules. Our managers need to provide for their employee's safety first before doing anything.

Impact: - in this we acquired our leaves in disaster time and find the purchase our shift hours.

Consequences: - inside our company I am working in your free time because I am international learner but our owner does not give me the sick and tired leave.

Environment: - Environment affects our security system generally when guard carrying out work by walking and check the complete site. That point its hard when its raining. Usually some sites have work under the rooftop.

Impact: - environment does not influence our Mobil service because we've covered area for grocery store and also on pumps.

Consequences: - for the night pay we don't have the protected area when customers come for paying in rainy weather each of them is moist.

In security company we have many competitors nowadays like first security, armourguard, matrix, rush security etc. They have several changes in their system which has bad effect on my company. such as they use new technology which has bad effect on my company because we use old technology. they have more petrol guards than my company. in others they have night supervisor nd they work all nights. in my company our supervisor work till 12pm. these type of negative impact we loose many sites. Others got benefits. sometimes we've same incidents with others our guards some new or some experience those officer they did miscalculation we got complaints so we can't get evnets more. . some companies very cheaps. customer like cheaps rate which means this is also one bad impact for all those companies. we have many changes in my companies through we make our company better.

In the end our company desires to give possibility to new security guards because now days every company retain experience guards. so they pay more than least salary. so if we retain unexperience guards so can save money and we give work fresher. which slender help of those fresher they got benefits. typically new gengration physically fit so around our company got more profit and offer best value to customer.
