(S)trengths

Emotions are one of the weaknesses that may be exposing me to a threat of being misused. As I quickly get carried away psychologically, people could take advantage of me and get me to do things because of their selfish motives.

Improvement Plan

It is important for one to identify his/her talents and opportunities, and work towards enhancing them at the same time; it becomes evenly important to work towards improving the same to beat dangers and weakness.

One of the strengths if feel is important and would add value or become an extra advantage is to gain my supervisor's trustworthiness / self confidence in me. As a person, I was successful enough in gain my supervisors and co-worker's assurance on any sort of work directed at me. However at a supervisor level it was still confirmed. This could be due to the value of the article or data or else it could be that I couldn't gain his/her complete self-confidence. I had to focus on this and acquired to get over by improvising a noticable difference plan or a strategy and reach the idea of self confidence where my supervisor would give me complete power to send article without they cross verifying.

I plan to address my supervisor and talk to him about the same. ask him to see might work for a week and only once he is comfortable in me would send the accounts directly to the concern departments or people. To achieve this I plan to adopt a tactical way of doing my work. The second weakness I thing I'd like to boost is to say "No" when required. As Personally i think, I might offend a person by saying No or might give an impression that I am not eager or I really do not possess the ability to perform that particular task. One of the ways to do so is by gathering courage to say No, by sympathizing myself and not allowing others to make the most. A sincere work would help me conquer this task. Probably by saying 'No' in different way rather than being curt. Probably handling the same to my supervisor or by delegating / sharing the task with my colleagues would help me solve this issue.

As mentioned above, my hazards, my effort and recognitions for the same could become a threat. This may lead to a poor relationship or unsafe competition within the team. I would try to defeat the same by changing my method of such situations. By getting others from the team involved with all my activities and mix training everyone on each other's work can reduce the pressure off. This approach wouldn't be considered a technique to overtake others but a step or opportunity to interact as a team once and for all. In this manner both get-togethers would get an chance to enhance their skill and thoughts; and plan better to discover the best results.

The lack of experience in taking cell phone calls as mentioned previously was one of the main drawbacks in my own career. This was one of the important milestones I had developed achieved.

Organize a forum where in fact the best practices can be shared and implemented and look for new opportunities or range for producing new strategies. I look forward to implement this in all the places where I'd work.

This would help the people around and me to interact towards creating an improved destination to learn and work. This forum can be termed as "Focus Group".
