A restaurant is typically the most popular name in this present world, it's a open public place which available to all for providing food. Now days the restaurant is not simply a destination to come and eat but now it's becoming a place where people can meet and spend time together to enjoy.

2. 2 Description of Restaurant

Restaurant is a public place, provide food and beverage on a commercial basis. Its open for all people to use refreshment, provide food and beverage against money, all food and beverage to satisfy guests. (Admin, 2012) The word restaurant originates from rest and lease, so guest leftovers in and pay hire for having refreshment and drink. Many people feel that hotels and restaurants will be the same in function and definition, actually its different, hotel has accommodation system to remain nights with some facilities like food, but restaurants you can get that facilities without accommodation. (Admin, 2012)

Restaurants provides different types of services for costumers, people who have no time they are occasionally forced to consume in a restaurant. But not only eating almost all of restaurants now provides assembly area in for those customers who wants to arrange special incidents in the restaurant such as marriage or engagement, birthday party, and graduations, company special meetings, or others that why the restaurants becoming more important devote nowadays. however restaurants normally do not provide the same degree of services, of course it will be a restaurants who provides a advanced of services foe costumers, plus some restaurants just provide a poor services. The following things will discuss the several thoughts and opinions of research of the characteristics of the good restaurant. (ELS, 2009)

2. 3 Characteristics of restaurant

A good restaurant should offers a high level of services, quality, and facilities for costumers, there are always a very important characteristics can recognize a good restaurant. Such these attributes give a good restaurant and fulfill customers and power them to choose the same restaurant next time. The characteristics which will be given is performed by different three experts and everyone of these shows their opinion in how a good restaurant should be and the following point going to enumerate each one's judgment.

A good restaurant must have clean and keep clean on a regular basis especially working time when guests are there. In some cases the costumers can feel so hungry and maybe a few of them are stressful from hard work and they needs the restaurant to process orders very accurately, very well, and quickly furthermore they would like the restaurant to prepare scrumptious fresh food. Finally, employees should be well-dressed, clean, and trained very well in treat costumers properly and courteously and be willing to provide the clients. (ELS, 2009)

A good restaurant should charge reasonable charges for food and refreshments to be able to gratify customers. Normally costumers have their own affordable price in their brains for the meals and drinks they purchased and level of services they received. Therefore, a good restaurant also needs to set prices predicated on the kind of food and the amount of service they offer as well.
