Sometimes there may be concealed racism or partiality takes place in the working environment of the organization and it brings about the bad atmosphere within the organization and it will take the organization downwards and it's really the main impact on our shared ideals. As everybody knows, human doesn't have control on dynamics, so if anything should go wrong like earthquake, tsunami, and storm so we can not do anything if so, so it is an all natural threat. Folks are what we doing work for, but sometimes we don't really know what people want and think about us, so we can get negative feedback about us or can provide us a poor response. We live legitimately approved working firm on a large scale, in case in future if there are some legal rules & legislation changes that can be a major threat. As we are working in a nonprofit business with the latest use of technology, in future there might be some heavy technical change which we can not manage easily or make in use of our organization then it will be a threat. We are politically not interfered by the politics or politicians but as we will work best on our goals, some politics get-togethers or politicians gets jealous of us or might not want to see our organization rising, they may be able to do some things which can make a bad issue against our organization. Even as we are contributing to the growth of the overall economy and company as well, there can be some changes in the duty rates or the guidelines which might not maintain the favour of the organization.

Consequences

Skills are resulting in the growth and development of the organization as well as the goodwill of the company by adopting new programs, jobs and surveys. Our staff is now more comfortable while working with the new policies and only them by increasing their pay rate, and deals. There is a confident atmosphere within the personnel while their working hours. Our organisational structure is sorted out in a matter which makes our organisation a solid healthy working company. Our system is upgraded that it makes our organisation more advance and reachable wherever were needed. Now we have more record of data and we are known where our company is needed. We have no negative relationships with the politics parties once we are not politically interfered. Now our company is financially highly strong that people have enough resources and possessions for all of us. Our technological factors and our systems are so advanced that it's being the most helpful and presenting a thrust to the company because of its organisational work. Once we are an environmental friendly company, we have added for some good causes for the company and we have achieved some honorable awards with this good work. As a result, we are working towards our goals in the simplest way and we are receiving the positive results to the.

Recommendations

I recommend that we should continue to keep doing some work like surveys, training seminars so that it will improve our organisational skills. Company should continue hiring new talent and staff according to the need and changes in the company so when old staff which is no longer open to work should be retired with honor. For system, I recommend that there shouldn't be any unawareness about the new systems as we have to be updated with our daily operations. Our distributed beliefs should be identical to present as our personnel is employed in a confident atmosphere and it is further needed in our organisation. We should not do any activity or take any step which makes us politically interfered in future so we must be aware about that. There shouldn't be any misuse or theft in the organisational money inside or beyond your company as all the employees are receiving reasonable pay for their work. For technology, there should not be any misuse or fraud in the organisation of any technical equipment and tender wares. I recommend that there must be more CCTV camcorders and security options for the inner organisation. Even as are doing well, we need to keep that keep on by not doing any unlawful work by which our company have to face problems in the foreseeable future. We have to be more careful about environmentally friendly contribution since it the environment is good then we are able to work otherwise not.
