In the present scenario, the aim of education is to realize employment in a respected company with a significant program. Education is ending up with a good position. After placements there are two options. Either the pupil will not get the desired job or he does not match the criteria of the organisation. These situations leads into unemployment or dissatisfaction from job causing into disappointment and suppression of the abilities of the scholar.
The need of the hour is to imbibe attitudinal attributes of positivity, desire, creativity, open-mindedness, telescopic eye-sight and a well-balanced strategy towards life. These are the features of an entrepreneur. We need employees, who have this attitude, so that they can fit in the structure of your organisation, who can make a solid foothold with their work, who can change the dining tables in their favour, who are passionate and dedicated towards their work and who have the courage and perseverance to handle what may come. Such employees are an asset to and add to the growth of the organisation they are really associated with.
Moreover, if such individuals setup their own endeavors, they enhance the overall growth of the economy of the nation. As is well known that the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Corporations) sector sorts the backbone of any current economic climate, the development of this sector will bring about the propulsion of the economy.
Whether it is an employee or who owns a small business, the lifestyle of entrepreneurial frame of mind and skills is a essential. This can be a hereditary characteristic or can be developed through apposite education. If the training system develops this attitude and skills in the students, they can transform the facial skin of the planet earth with their impressive ideas and energetic energy. This sets an added responsibility on the management corporations which are at the core responsible for teaching management skills to the students. The management organizations and the faculties need to create an environment which is ideal for the next generation entrepreneurship crop. The proper program and environment can help the students develop entrepreneurial mindset and skills that will enable those to be better employees and owners of businesses. The invisible skill and skills of the students needs to be recognized and honed to excellence. The management course shouldn't only teach the abilities of managing a business but also cultivate the desired attitude and mindset leading to change in overall persona of the student.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN INDIA

IMPORTANCE OF ENVIRONMENT
To evaluate the value of environment let us look all around us and observe mother nature. The seeds of the plant find their way to land by various mechanisms and hold out in dormant level for the rains and the right temp. The seed waits for the right environment and then sprouts. All seed products of a vegetable are similar, but the once that get the right environment flourish, the others shrivel. It is about the right kind of environment that nurtures the herb. Nature gives suited environment. In the forest all the activities take place in perfect symphony, dynamics does the balancing work.
In canine kingdom, the colony and public discussion of ants is a vintage exemplory case of how nature teaches these to live and interact. Similarly, honey-bees using their Queen bees, drones and staff member bees work in perfect synchronization with each other. Nature teaches them to survive, expand and develop. The team spirit of dolphins, the love and anger of monkeys, all is by natural means learnt naturally.
Human-beings are also natural learners. We've also learned so a lot of things from aspect, for example, invention of treatment has taken motivation from biting of mosquito. The fine art of Kungfu has been developed from actions of our daily lives. We made urea, artificial fertilizer by firmly taking enthusiasm from the nodules of leguminous plants that bind nitrogen to provide natural fertilizers to the vegetable. Similarly, Appachan could innovate the tree climbing apparatus as a result of environment he lives in and Md. Saidullah will make the amphibious bicycle because he wished to meet his love who stayed over the river and he didn't prefer to await the boat.
Entrepreneurship is innate. This is true but this is also equally true that entrepreneurship can be cultivated by the right environment and need. Within the examples stated above, character has given a host to the folks. They didn't have any educational credentials to feature, neither that they had the resources for research, but also they were able to innovate because nature gave them the surroundings and generated the necessity for innovation. Furthermore, human brain is the most fertile on earth that is obviously overflowing with ideas. Innovation, from the box thinking has brought us from the Natural stone Age group to the techno savvy time. Whatever technology is today is because of the improvements of yesterday.
Nature relates to management science. Equally nature provides the environment for creativity, in the same way we can create an manufactured environment for cultivating the attitude and skills important for entrepreneurship. We need to apply it in education. The management institutions and faculties need to create entrepreneurs. Everything can be learnt by giving the right type of environment. The blend of right time, right environment, right place and right person can only bring about true entrepreneurial success.
The reality of need structured innovation will not only maintain true in rural configurations. Business people like Sabeer Bhatia (Hotmail), Steve Jobs (Apple Computers), Steve Wozniak (Apple Computers), Buchheit (Gmail), Max Levchin and Peter Thiel (PayPal) likewise have done inventions when they got the right environment (circumstance studies in Appendix 1). It really is prudent to note that many of these did not have the mandatory skills of their jobs and businesses nevertheless they had the right environment and they also learnt the skills and developed entrepreneurial frame of mind and became successful entrepreneurs.
After reading these case studies we recognize that we are all capable of training ourselves provided we get the right type of environment and have the determination to do something.
ROADBLOCKS AND CHALLENGES
In India students have a misunderstanding that by scoring higher percentage at all will cause better job opportunities. Students link percentage immediately with brains and job potential clients. In sensible life, this isn't true. The largest problem is the frame of mind of the scholar. The students generally have IKIA (I Know It All) attitude. They aren't exposed to the true working situation in business and corporate and business sector. The students in undergraduate and post-graduate lessons believe that obtaining a descent placement is the finish all and become all of education. The importance of attitude building is not grasped by the students. Additionally, they pose a higher degree of level of resistance to improve. Neither they wish to change their understanding nor do they would like to improve themselves in frame of mind. Their passive behaviour makes it problematic for any entrepreneurship related activity or program to make an impact in it.
There are various phases in entrepreneurship particularly, idea, technology, prototype, fund, resources, consent and then commercial development. A person cannot be equally knowledgeable in all the fields, they can have knowledge in a single field and could be lacking in others. We need to device a strategy that suits all the aspects of a personality to carve out a perfect business owner.
Timely dissemination of information is not done. The info about government strategies, activities and occurrences related to entrepreneurship, initiatives by project capitalists do not reach the students at the proper time.
The lack of adequate and timely financial aid, insufficient capital and knowledge, dearth of suitable technology, have a problem with the creation capacity, unsuccessful online marketing strategy, identification of new marketplaces, constraints on modernisation & expansions, non option of skilled labour at affordable cost, support of various government agencies to resolve problems etc. end up being roadblock for the budding enterprisers.
Lack of awareness about schemes, administration plans, loan methods, bank or investment company schemes, legal procedures, paper work, documentation, etc. make the students hesitant and worried in taking up steps to establish their own venture. Students don't have any idea about these issues. They must be aware of these issues and should have knowledge of these sectors. This gives them the required platform for decision-making. As is rightly said, knowledge is electric power. We need to give them the environment that equips them with tools, knowledge, and awareness and provides them the self confidence to adopt effective decisions.
Sanctioning of lending options, long and monotonous procedures, dependence on venture capitalists, information, brand, patent and copyright related issues, research and development, modern culture support, support from authorities departments, bankers and other finance institutions and commercial sector are factors that prove to be handicap in development of entrepreneurial skills and state of mind. The major substances for success in producing entrepreneurial mentality are need, opportunity, desire and interest.
Figure 1
SUGGESTED METHODOLOGY
In education sector we have variety of students available and vast range of education institutes are available to provide them. Students learning in colleges are in the best degree of understanding as they wish to develop higher in life. If job-oriented environment is provided to them then the students will consider job as their last objective. If the surroundings of entrepreneurship is provided then business owners will be generated. It is crucial that cultivation of entrepreneurial environment is performed to get ready a variety of students with entrepreneurial skills and mentality.
To develop or cultivate attitude of a business owner in education sector, we have three stakeholders majorly, students, management companies and faculty associated.
We have variety of students available with different mindsets, via different educational backgrounds like research, arts, commerce, engineering, management, etc. They may have different understanding of the things. Faculties are in the grass root level who know and understand their students. The management institutions provide facilities and resources for the technology of desired environment. Mutually they can create a host fertile for the introduction of seeds of entrepreneurship. They are able to have the entrepreneurial workshops in their institutes, training seminars related to the creativity and innovation, guest lectures by successful business owners, associations with organisations like Link, EDI, etc. , develop E-cells in their institutes, etc. For financial service they can have National and Pvt. Bankers along with project capitalists.
All the above mentioned methods are being accompanied by many colleges. These methods are standard methods that can make the student aware of the abilities and attitudes and can also help cultivate them. But, nothing of these methods is parametric, nothing of the methods actions the occurrence or lack of the traits on the certain level and none of these methods is individualistic in dynamics. We desire a method that exactly delivers the info about the way of measuring each and every trait in each individual and has person specific solutions to enhance the desired traits. Each individual is different so the methods requested the development of frame of mind and skills also needs to be different. Once the attitude and skills of businessman are developed then only way of thinking will cultivate. The energy of skills, knowledge and the right tools promote the development of the right mindset.
Such methods are being used in army training camps and entry testing conducted for military wherein each skill of a person is tested on a level by using various kinds of assessment techniques. For producing entrepreneurial mindset, the training sector will also need to develop such a strenuous and accurate way for measuring each skill and attitudinal trait.
The suggested strategy is,
Develop creativity and creativity. Supply the students some situations to believe upon. Use simulation and research study methodology.
For example, split a batch of 60 students into sets of 10 students. In each group put them into a predicament / process and silently view them through glass wall surfaces or CCTV cams. Record the full program for future reference. Identify the behavior of each student regarding to entrepreneurial skills, for example, extrovert, introvert, team-member, initiator, motivator, innovator, etc. Out of these 6 groups, we have around 10-15 students who are highly encouraged, extrovert with authority skills and break of them having average or substandard skill set.
The next activity after figuring out skills of every group or person is to device methodologies to work after and improve the skills upto the perfect level.
The trainings need to keep with different varieties of situations / jobs so that different behavioural aspects of the individuals are visible. Introduce them to different industries and situations, expose them to live jobs and assign exercises that would find the loop openings. This will help in identifying the personality traits like command, team-spirit, initiative, team-builder, team-member, thinker, moderator, marketer, etc.
Next, we have to develop the traits into more specific traits. The recordings should be done of each time to gauge the change in bahavioural pattern of each specific and the group as a whole.
After reaching the ideal level, students are experiencing better acceptability and better understanding.
Continue the segmentation process / funnel process for choosing students. The processed ones will be segregated from the rest. Device specific solutions to offer with each segmented group and each member of the group.
Finally, the previous lot will be staying. Give them this environment that they will also be motivated to think like the successful ones, the forerunners.
After getting at optimum level, put the light of understanding of each and every aspect of entrepreneurial development like financial part, Research and Development, marketing, federal grants and techniques and legalities like brand, copyright, patent, successful entrepreneurial ideas, etc. A person after knowing all areas of entrepreneurial development can have a better stand from traditional businessperson. The traditional businessperson have the invisible talent, they are able to discover only 1 talent and not able to polish all skills. In the modern entrepreneur, our company is coming in contact with and polishing all skills and offering the right type of environment to build up.
This methodology is a systematic psycho-analysis based methodology for better and deeper understanding of someone's skills and behaviour.
By using tools like:
Test series
Interview
Role play
Real life situations
Story writing
Essay writing
A principle wherein the individual's each action, term and emotion is being monitored (just as Big Employer)
Lecture
Meditation
Picture Analysis
Mind games
Perception
Handwriting Analysis
Games that make us to believe from the box, best possible ways to do things and develop alternatives.
The main processes of this strategy are Determining - Segmenting - Targeting.
The major part of the research is governed by notion and assumption of the observer about the members. Any false negative and false positive notion would lead into wrong decisions. Because of this, we could miss the lacking skill in a person and result in inappropriate stress on other skills that require less attention. We have been performing 10-12 tests on an individual in a group with numerical tabulated results, then further discerning the entire trait score by applying appropriate statistical options. This kind of approach would cause unbiased judgment about the entrepreneurial mentality of a person.
Figure 2
FUTURE
The suggested technique must be experimentally examined at university and university level. More and more researchers need to come frontward to take up this analysis to add and expand it. Government and private agencies should support such experimental studies so that people can generate refined individuals with entrepreneurial skills and state of mind. This strategy will produce into highly determined, energized, aware and competent individuals who are capable to accommodate the needs of the world and can form the backbone of Indian current economic climate. Development of such attitude will lead to faster growing overall economy with more business opportunities flourishing. Our dependency on MNCs will reduce and we will be a self-sustained economy. The proper frame of mind of the youth has the power to make India a super-power.
CONCLUSION
This research newspaper analyses the entrepreneurial way of thinking in India and suggests a novel technique to create an environment of entrepreneurship. This study needs experimental foundation and needs time to create standards. It needs similar contribution from students, faculties and management establishments. After successfully concluding the study, we've clear-cut demarcation of skill of each individual with a concept and range of improvement in each each individual's skill. Then we can focus on each skill of every specific for improvement.
