This e book has captured the capability to show how racism is an encumbrance and how to avoid racist attitude. The book displays the innocence of a young boy and his brother who face rejection in sensitive part of the life in both white and the dark-colored community where at tender age, they grow up believing they can be "white" and even admit the society just to discover later that they are "black" until a Christian woman Dora rescues them by implementing them and changing their values of life by supporting them embrace a fresh path. Miss Dora is included as good fortune later in the storyplot when William looks back into his years as a child life and detects durability to persevere to acquire success, he does not dwell on his father's failure but instead find a solid connection to him. Neglect Dora shows him how Religious love has power over the resentment and rejection they both thought and gave them a reason to accept education that your found to be the best salvation with their problem lead them towards a much better life.
Greg William's experiences were so isolated, the racism he encountered at tender age and in his teenage life, while he tried to mature as a normal child in both neighborhoods. He was a young son growing up normally in Virginia as a white child in a white family then, later his dad managed to complete as a white even though he was biracial, which enabled him get good business opportunities like the booming diner which it's regulations were based on segregation laws and regulations. Everything was simply perfect for this family before monster misfortune happens that change their entire lives as they experience rejection and segregation as they battle racism. Their lives were majorly described by issues of contest and color split. The booklet show how racism existed with humor and dilemma.
William grew up until he was a decade old convinced that he was a white child, his father Tony, he was informed and he never doubted even for one minute that he was an Italian; they can be forgotten by their parents and were brought up in a dark community by his father's family who are dark. I t reaches this phase of life that he discovers painfully he is dark and accepts and try to fit in. William and his brother had a years as a child that any man would not undergo, but despite being the mark of rejection from the two races, he endured all this and arrived successful aiming to build a bridge between the races. This almost wrecked his brother's life but William never lost his will and dedication to conquer the mistreatment they encountered, the hatred, the being hungry, and eventually the betrayal and mother's rejection.
This easily robbed them of life opportunities and love which if it were not Neglect Dora who constantly reminded them of how Religious love and determination would take them places. He makes people understand and evaluate how every event was impacting on him, he presents his daddy as an alcoholic and their lifestyle without reliving the regrets of his dad as failing and how he prevails all the negatives he encountered when he comes out alive in the web pages and show what it could have been. He owes his eventual success to Miss Dora's words and his endurance of the sooner life.
