Question 1:

Analyse communication key points for effective business communication and apply strategies of business communication to prepare effective communication for controlling interactions between different stakeholders in a business entity.

Answer1.

These days and nights, business communication either written or verbal has turned into a vital part of a business and also to conduct a highly effective and smooth circulation of information within the company. Business can only endure if it has a transparent and effective communication within the business as well much like external parties like stakeholders. It could further be showed through the example give in the case study "An awful piece of work" where the author has indicated that if we can absorb what someone is throwing at us, it can help in defusing things. In other words, it can help in solving the issues of communication. Thus, there should be a great give attention to the communication guidelines by way of a company to improve its growth leads. Following are some of the effective principles of communication for businesses and companies to apply and implement:

  1. Language control: for a communication to be effective the employees and the other engaged people should understand the importance of the words control. They must first abide by the limits designed by the company and find out if they might use casual or formal terms to communicate. Furthermore, they should also use the respectful vocabulary to be able to connect effectively.
  1. Simplicity: another principle of an effective communication is to create a easy and simple message to speak to others. It isn't good to work with the difficult or very technological language while communicating with others. For instance, if the company is communicating something to its customers then it shouldn't use the words that isn't clear to them. So, the subject matter or the information should be made easy to provide to other gatherings to effectively get access to it.
  1. Clarity: the information which needs to be communicated should be very concise and very specific to the purpose of the communication. It will save enough time and attempts of both parties involved in the process of communication; the sender as well as the recipient.
  1. Planning: these days planning is the first level of the small or big execution in a small business. Similarly, communication within an organisation is a huge and important process to handle daily business activities. Thus planning is really important for communication as well. Sometimes there's only one chance for the companies to speak something to stakeholders like (advertisement to customers, offer to other companies or competitors, applications to banking companies, offer of opportunities to shareholders etc. ) so it is important to plan prior to the communication to obtain it successful. (business consi, 2011-2016)
  1. Accuracy: the sender of the information or the communicators should always make sure that the information he/she is transferring is correct, or the source of information is offered or not. Because the companies must have proper logic or base information for what they are really communicating to others. Inaccurate information might lead to loss or destruction of business relationships.
  1. Attentiveness: here attentiveness refers to the data of other parties involved in the communication. The meaning or information that has been communicated must have protected all the areas of controversies or criticism. Companies should apply a means that one individual should know how will another be going to react following the information is transferred.
  1. Relevancy: this is actually important to discuss relevant; often it is complete throw away of time if the communication is not on the right track. For an example in case a company is offering a deal to some other company then communication must have executed about the code of carry out, responsibilities and income and not about the culture and other things.
  1. Brief: sometimes it is very irritating to learn long messages or to listen to long speeches on something. Moreover people don't possess enough time so it is important for a company to understand the value of short and brief information and how to explain more in short or brief information.
  1. Confidential: another rule for a powerful communication is that the information or a communication should be between those who are authorised to that. It should be publicised until authorised.

So the companies should apply all these principles to make the information effective.
  1. Verbal communication like telephonic, workshops and speeches, television add etc. The verbal communication is more rigorous then your written communication. Both techniques are quite common to use these days. The company should apply the rules of effective communication like conciseness, exactness, terms etc to communicate freely and smoothly. (Boundless, 2016)

Budget evaluation and audit reports will be the best way to genuine and accurate communication with the external stakeholders. This is actually the way in which the business can follow the principle of transparency. The competition and the federal government can talk to company through this way (through the website or online publications) and give reviews as well.

If a person would like to be a good communicator, she or he must be an extrovert meaning you have to be outgoing or socially assured person. No matter what the folks say about you or what words they toss in your direction, never allow it frustrate you. Just keep going on in your life because most of us have problems which is up to us about how we will handle it. We just have to be good to the people even though they don't really show the same attitude towards us since it shows on our personality.

Companies don't succeed if employees lack teamwork. In dealing with same task but with another group, it is important that leaders should speak well on how to proceed first and discuss about the result. Listening to the people that surrounds you and who has learned the job well will make your work easy and fast. Asking help also from your superiors if you are having trouble with assembling your project can also provide a positive final result.

In Task A, it offers us message that we must maintain positivity in a poor world. An extrovert person will go a long way for their driven personality NE whatever problems they have got, it isn't a hindrance to perform their dreams and not to destroy their day. Some won't treat you beautifully but always be positive with your life. An introvert person were the timid one plus they sometimes avoid large group of people.

In Process B, if both parties, the BP and Transocean communicated well and listen to one another then there will be no essential oil spill, no lives taken and no negative influence on the environment. The essential oil spill that happened was the worst catastrophe that America has came across. It has a great deal of bad effects to individual, reputation, economics and environmental.
