A. Demographic distribution of populations
Before discussing the result of Demographic circulation on population, let us first discuss what's population distribution. Population distributionmeans the pattern of where people live. World population distribution is unequal. Places which aresparsely filled contain few people. Places which aredenselypopulated contain many people. Sparsely filled places have a tendency to be difficult places to live. They are usually places with hostile conditions. Fundamentally this determinant focuses on the value of the number of people in a certain location. For instance, if the positioning is dominated by the more mature age group, the federal government focuses their funding to the needs of the senior citizens. They focus more on that particular age group because they create a great portion of the population. But the government should not overlook the other age group that has different needs also. (Society, 2014)
B. Social
The modern culture that is present in New Zealand is very diverse. Identical to the culture that is in this country. The Pacific people and the Maoris has a tendency to have a lesser income job compare to the Pakehas. Therefore the Pakehas can afford better healthcare compared to the Maoris and the Pacific people. There are a great number of factors in the modern culture that determines the fitness of the individuals. These factors may include strong family ties, nice environment, housing, and means of living. These factors affect the fitness of the people in several manners. It may be negative or positive. If something moves incorrect with these factors, cultural problems arise. For example, the poor property can lead to poor cleanliness and then it is going to lead to sickness. In addition, hazardous environment at work or at home may endanger the health of the people. Considering an individual belief, organization and good family ties and support enhances medical status of a person.
Strong social networks within a distinct geographical neighbourhood help to create
healthier conditions in several ways, including:
- social control of against the law activity and of substance abuse
- socialisation of the young as taking part associates of the community
- providing first employment
- improving access to formal and casual healthcare (Wallace 1993).
C. Cultural
Here in New Zealand, the culture is very diverse since there are a great number of races that are present in this country. We've the Maoris, the Pakehas, the Indians, Asians and other races. Which means healthcare delivery system should also dwelling address to the needs of the people with different cultural background. Terminology is also one factor that we can look into. Many folks from different parts of the earth come within New Zealand and let's face it, not all of the foreigners are well versed in the British dialect. This creates a barrier in medical delivery. When explaining a treatment method to an individual who's not well versed in English, it is just a challenge to ensure that you will be describing properly and providing the correct information to the patient. So, it is important to know and understand the patient's track record to be able to deliver appropriate health care to them. It is very problematic for the Ministry Health of New Zealand to look at to the different cultures present here but knowing the several cultures will help them understand and identify what actions to be implemented for different cultures here in New Zealand. It might be a difficult activity to do hoping to understand each and every culture present here, but it'll be beneficial and the Ministry of Health can plan more strategic interventions for the people that compose New Zealand. Cultural diversity increases the challenge to the potency of the medical delivery system in New Zealand (Durie, 2001)
D. Political
Politicians use medical care to be one of these concentrate or goals if they're jogging for the election. Politicians offer to give individuals an improved healthcare delivery, medical care benefits, facilities and other needs. This assurances may be politically but if we look at it in a broader sense, it'll benefit the folks and their health if the offers that he politicians give will be carried out.
E. Religious Beliefs
New Zealand has become significantly culturally diverse, there is also an increase in religious diversity. Individuals who has a solid spiritual orientation and who are mainly motivated by religious belief are believed to have a greater health outcome. People have different religious coping style. This religious coping style is similar to just how people participate their religiosity to help them manage their everyday activities.
Generally, religious idea and practices give a positive results to mental health. There's a strong website link between religious opinion and low happenings of depression. In addition, it reduce the number of suicidal risks, panic disorders and sometimes psychotic disorders. Religious notion is important in helping people to get over traumatic events. In addition, religious opinion is believed to reduce tactics that lead to major health issues. These routines are alcohol mistreatment, substance abuse and using tobacco.
Overall, religious opinion shouldn't be disregarded as it pertains to health since it plays a significant role in the life span and health of the folks. Healthcare staff should respect the religious perception of the patients.
F. Values
Some people look at their health as a valuable aspect in their life. They value it and take care of it very well. In the multicultural country like New Zealand, people here have different perspective of heath. As for the Pacific people and the Maoris they have got a smaller value of health compared to the Pakehas. In order to learn how to address the needs of the individuals, the health office should first identify their needs. Like if the Pacific people and the Maoris do not value their health, they should be given ongoing health education to make sure they are realize that they have to value their health. They must be also adopted up so that there is continuity of care and attention.
G. Ethics
Ethics are guidelines and rules that guide right and wrong. Ethic can be related to health if it is about making proper decisions regarding health. There are a lot of ethical problem in medical and treatments. It is acting well and making decision that is morally good. Why don't we take abortion for example. If the pregnant female come in to the hospital and requests the physician to abort the baby that she is carrying, the Doctor should decide if it's ethically appropriate to abort the baby or not. The health care team should know their morals.
H. Traditions
Traditions play a significant role in professional medical. People are being used to affecting their traditions to their life also to their health. For the Maoris they value their family or whanau a whole lot. Their tradition is the fact they need their family or whanau to get involved in their care and attention. Their family has a say to make decisions about the health of the individual. Therefore, whatever decision the family or whanau has, it should be respected and taken into account by the health care team.

Before discussing ideas of Health, let me first explain what Health is. Health is the point out of physical, mental and communal well-being of 1 specific. Health is important because if you are in an excellent Health, he/she can properly function (eg. For work, activities, etc) and it can help people do activities of daily living. Public principles of health is important because if the general public believes that they are healthy, then they can achieve almost anything and it makes them more productive in the community.

So what's illness? Disorder is a disease or some sort of sickness that will or may impact an individual. It really is usually a disease that affects the body of a living organism. There are different kinds of health issues. For example, there are what you call Physical and Mental ailments. Physical disorder is any disorder that affects the body which is often viral, bacterial, rash etc. Mental disease on the other hands, is a problem characterized by dysregulation of feelings, thought and/or habit. The public's concept of what health issues is important because if indeed they perceive they are unwell or are ill, then they cannot function and work very well. Proper information dissemination and education should be achieved by different private and public sectors to see the public. The public or the people on the other hands, should have an open-minded frame of mind towards learning. Compliance with these certain regimens can and will help the general public have a healthy and happy lifestyle.

The people should be working collectively hand in hand with doctors into making and getting a good and healthy life. If they be Caregivers, Nurses, GP's, Physio's, or anyone employed in the medical field, it is important that they consider what they suggest. As suggested earlier, conformity is a huge factor. All this knowledge that might be provided by each one of these experts would go to spend If people are not eager to do or try. They must also have a good attitude towards learning for them to further expand their knowledge, and at exactly the same time have the ability to talk about Health teachings.
